euyap: a read-only UYAP case tracking app for lawyers in Turkey

What it does

• Lists all of a lawyer's UYAP case files in one table, with search and Excel export.
• Shows what changed: new documents, case history (safahat) entries and hearing changes.
• Keeps a hearing calendar with clash warnings and an .ics subscription for phones.
• Opens documents on demand, including UYAP's UDF format, and downloads them as a zip or a single hearing PDF.
• Tracks deadlines that the lawyer enters, runs conflict-of-interest checks by party name and links service barcodes to PTT tracking.

What it does not do

• It never sends anything to UYAP: no filings, no submissions, no payments. Write and paid requests are blocked on the lawyer's computer.
• It never sees the lawyer's password or PIN. Login happens on the real UYAP page with e-signature or e-Devlet.
• It does not calculate legal deadlines and does not determine the legal date of service; the lawyer enters deadlines.
• It is not an official product of the Ministry of Justice and is not a replacement for UYAP.

How it works

• Each lawyer or firm gets its own server in Turkey with a fixed IP; case data is not shared with other firms.
• Only the desktop app talks to UYAP, from the lawyer's own computer and session. The session itself never reaches the server.
• Documents are encrypted on the server. Sync runs while the app is open.

It is built for lawyers and law firms in Turkey who use UYAP Avukat Portal every day: solo lawyers, firms of 2 to 25 lawyers, and in-house legal teams.
